The new Carl’s Jr. ad features former Guess model Charlotte McKinney walking through a farmer’s market naked, using giant onions and bulbous tomatoes to humorously censor her “bits and pieces,” as Austin Powers would say.
The same food-as-censor technique was memorably used to comic effect in the 1997 film.
Movie references aside, the 22-year-old McKinney may soon become a household name once the seductive ad airs during the 49th Super Bowl on Feb. 1.
“I love going all natural,” the Florida native says in a voiceover. “It just makes me feel better. Nothing between me and my one hundred per cent all natural juicy grass-fed beef.”
